2010-2011 Tryout Dates

The schedule below is when each school in Islandwide is having tryouts.  Not all schools have selected dates and times, but continue to check in as we will fill them in as schools annouce their dates.  Tryout weekends are Sept 10-12 & Sept 17-19.  Any players who do not go to the following schools, should contact Skate Safe directly about getting help creating a team for your school district or being placed into our draft.  Draft players and teams have no control or say as to where draft players will be placed.

2010-2011 Coaches Meeting Thursday, September 2nd - 7:00 pm August 18, 2010 - Skate Safe America will be hosting a pre-season meeting for all returning and new coaches for the upcoming Islandwide season.  This meeting will include an overview of all new and old rules for the upcoming season, an introduction of the new Islandwide staff, and the first opportunity to book tryout times for your schools. The meeting will begin at 7:00pm in the Skate Safe party room on Thursday, September 2nd. Spring Playoff Schedules Starts this Friday June 02, 2010 - The Islandwide JV and Varsity playoffs begin this coming weekend.  Most teams will begin Friday and Saturday for the first round and all winners will then play on Sunday for the opportunity to play in the Spring Championship game. Spring Season Schedules Now Available Full Season schedules are up and viewable April 27, 2010 - The 2010 Spring League schedules for both Varsity and JV are now available for viewing.  JV recently added a ninth team in Deer Park who will play Massapequa this Friday in the only JV action this weekend.  All Varsity teams will play Friday and Sunday this weekend, while all teams will play starting next weekend. » Visit the News Archive to view more news articles
